The challenge
The team posted by hand on YouTube, Instagram and Threads, built every news graphic from scratch and checked metrics across separate dashboards. Lots of time on repetitive work and little visibility on what worked.

- CAPS, which turns a news item into ready to post graphics, always on brand.
- STATS, which gathers metrics from every network and sends the team a daily summary.
- Alerts when a connection to a network drops, before it shows in the content.
- Automatic renewal of the access tokens that networks expire every so often.
